Twitter flashes a bit of redesign skin

Either by accident, or by well crafted maneuver, Twitter changed their look today for only a couple minutes. Most of the tweets I saw were positive or neutral, although there were several naysayers. Personally I think the new design is cleaner, moving navigation to the right, away from the content area so that it’s easier to just look at the list of tweets. Here’s a screenshot:
