Wow, great article. When I read Tribes - I knew it was important. I work in a big company, and it's not always been easy catalyzing informal groups connected around interest and passion. The book Tribes really spoke to me, but despite having enjoyed reading the book - it seems it took reading this blog post (found with a simple google search by a colleague) to see how much it applied to my circumstances and those like me at big companies trying to foster change. THANK YOU YAN!
